It seems like a silly statement to be asking if you have time for food but it’s true that athletes spend most of their time exercising and what goes into their body suffers because the food you are eating is quick and easy. What are somethings you eat between matches, big games or practices that are quick and easy and most likely from a box or packaging? Do you go to fast food vendors for a quick bite to eat on the go? What are somethings you can eat that are considered healthy? Would you spend more time preparing snacks and food for yourself if you knew that what your putting in your body could be affecting the outcome of your sports?
