While training for the Olympics and swimming everyday Michael Phelps consumed 12,000 calories a day that is more than 6x the average male. Consider the fact that you were training for the Olympics what would your average daily food intake contain? If you could, would you change anything in Michael’s diet to help him improve or eat healthier? What would it be?

  1. My daily food intake you contain proteins and fibers. I would try to stay in the best shape possible so that I do well in the competition. I would take away the pancakes in the morning because if you need to eat a healthy breakfast to have good health. Having good health would make him a better athlete.
